ClearSky Hobbies accepts no responsibility for crash damage, liability, and/or loss of kits, radios, engines, accessories, etc. incurred during operation of radio controlled model. In most cases , it is very difficult if not impossible to determine whether crash damage was due to equipment failure or operator error.
